2017-2026 Strategic Plan

“The Future Today” reflects our intent to place customer satisfaction and expectations at the heart and centre of our priorities. This strategic plan defines the major orientations that will enable us to position ourselves as a key player in community development.

The Société de transport de l'Outaouais 2017-2026 Strategic Plan was adopted by Gatineau Municipal Council at its June 13, 2017 meeting.

Vision for internal and external communications

As we aspire to be recognized as a leader in sustainable mobility, we commit to maintaining clear, regular and dynamic communication with our customers, partners and employees, demonstrating transparency and creating an environment conducive to the exchange and flow of information.

 Satisfaction surveys

Every year since 2008, with the exception of the pandemic years, there has been a survey to assess our customers’ satisfaction with our services. The survey is administered by an external firm, based on a random and representative sample.
