Sunday, August 2 – Ironman Race – No downtown Ottawa service

Date: Sunday, August 2, 6:00 a.m.
End: Until approximately 6:00 p.m.
Reason: Road closures in downtown Ottawa for the Ironman race.

• King Edward/St-Patrick (#5003)
• King Edward/York (#5008)
• Rideau/Cumberland (#5014)
• Wellington/Lyon (#5050)
• Station Lyon (#5116)
• Slater/Kent (#5120)
• Slater/O’Connor (#5128)
• Albert/Bank (#5130)
• Kent/Sparks (#5131)
• Slater/Metcalfe (#5132)
• Albert/Metcalfe (#5134)

Only stop in Ottawa:

• Temporary stop on Booth Street, near the intersection with Wellington Street (close to the National Holocaust Monument)

Important informations:

• Buses departing from Ottawa will travel to downtown Hull. From there, passengers can transfer to their regular routes.
• If you need to transfer downtown Hull, please proceed to the following stops:
• For routes 31 and 67: at the temporary stop located on Laval Street, close to promenade du Portage
• For routes 33, 38, and 400: Eddy/Wellington (#2667).
• For routes 34, 37, 55, 59 and 371: Laurier/Eddy (#2605).
• The Wellington/Lyon (#5050) and Kent/Sparks (#5131) stops will remain out of service until the end of the day, Sunday August 2^nd. After the event (around 6:00 p.m.) service will be offered at station Lyon (#5112).
• Departures from Ottawa (at the temporary stop on Booth Street) will follow the scheduled departure times listed in the Plani-Bus at Rideau Centre.
• Buses may wait in downtown Hull to serve stops according to the scheduled times shown in the Plani-Bus.
• Depending on how the situation evolves, service to certain areas may be adjusted.
• Delays are expected. Please allow extra travel time for your trip.
