The fares established for paratransit service are the same as regular public transit fares. However, an Interzone fare is applicable if the user's departure or arrival is in the Masson-Agners or Buckingham sectors or if he crosses the Gatineau River. Passengers can pay in cash, or with a ticket or pass. They must show their STO identity card to be eligible for the reduced student or senior fare.

Transportation is also free for children under 6 years of age, but they must be accompanied by an attendant who is 14 years of age or older, and who must pay his or her own fare. When accompaniment is mandatory, the attendant travels for free.

Drivers do not make change if passengers do not have the exact fare for the trip and they do not issue receipts. Furthermore, they do not accept tips.

Lost smart cards
If a smart card is lost, the policy is the same as for regular public transit, i.e., riders must pay $10 to cover the cost of replacing the smart card and recovering the value remaining on the old card.
