Mandate

The Société de transport de l’Outaouais (STO) is a public corporation created in accordance with the Act Respecting Public Transit Authorities.

As such, it is represented by a Board of Directors to ensure that its interests and the interests of riders are safeguarded as it strives to carry out its mission. Each member of the Board of Directors serves a maximum term of four years, which can be renewed.
