Public consultation on universal accessibility

Take part in the preparation of the 2020-2024 universal accessibility plan!

Public consultation took place from June 15 to July 5th.

We are continuing to do everything we can to make our public transit system accessible to everyone. The feedback received is important, and will help identify the next universal accessibility measures that should be implemented.

What are physical disabilities?

There are different kinds of physical disabilities. They include, among others, people who get around in a wheelchair or with a walker, people with hearing, vision or speech impairments, and people with developmental disabilities or serious mental health issues.

What is universal accessibility?

The purpose of universal accessibility is to create a barrier-free environment for people who have physical disabilities. Its aim is to enable everyone to go about their daily business and get around on their own.
