The STO conducts surveys regularly to determine rider satisfaction and to understand the public's expectations.
Some surveys reach out to all riders through different information tools such as the home page at sto.ca, the STO's e-Newsletter or social networks. However, all surveys are always sent by e mail to the members of the STO rider panel. Join now so that you don't miss an opportunity to share your opinion with us and help improve services!
In addition, every year the STO conducts a satisfaction survey about its services as part of a continuous satisfaction assessment started in 2008. This survey is carried out by an external firm among a random sample representing the STO's clientele.
