Reminder : Get ready for June 1!
Front-door boarding and payment will resume on June 1.
In order to limit contact, it is best to use the Multi card for payment. Get one at an STO Service Point or at one of the 50 Sales Points that is nearest to you. Two (2) Service Points are now open: De la Cité Station and 111 rue Jean-Proulx. Recharge your Multi card at a Service Point, Sales Point or online 48 hours before you take the bus.
Automatic withdrawals will resume on June 1. If your situation has changed and you would like to suspend or cancel your enrolment in the FIDÉLITÉ Program, you can do so without penalty before May 22. Simply fill out the cancellation/suspension form or call 819-770-3242.
Automatic withdrawals for the EMPLOYER program will also resume for the month of June. Be sure to check with your employer to find out exactly when. If you would like to cancel your enrolment in the EMPLOYER Program, be sure to notify your employer directly.
Monthly enrolment or ZAP
Starting on June 1, board and tap your Multi card. An amount equivalent to pre-paid enrolments will have been credited to your card's e-wallet. Are you expecting to take the bus regularly? Stop by one of the STO Service Point to transfer that amount to a monthly enrolment or buy a monthly enrolment online or at a Sales Points and keep the balance on your e-wallet.
Do you live in Gatineau and study in Ottawa? The U-Pass will not be available this summer. Your best option is to get a Multi card, which is valid on both sides of the river and is more economical.
