Valid from the first to the last school day, in reference to each school's calendar

What is integrated public transit for students?

Further to a specific agreement with certain school boards, the STO provides transportation for many students attending high school.

Depending on your walking distance to school, the school board determines whether you are eligible for a pass that allows you to take the bus to school for free on school days. If you are not eligible, you can get a Student monthly pass from the STO.

To help these students get to school, the STO has introduced specific bus routes in addition to the regular bus system. To check the schedule and routes for these buses, select one of the authorized schools below.

How do I make sure I am taking the right bus?
  • Start by finding the bus route that passes near your home in your school’s routes and schedules.
  • Once you have found the right bus route, validate the time the bus will pass at your stop.
  • Once you will be at your bus stop, carefully read the route number and the destination indicated on the bus. You must see your bus number and school name.

Select your school:

École secondaire De l'Île
École secondaire Grande-Rivière
École secondaire Mont-Bleu
Collège préuniversitaire Nouvelles Frontières (High school section)
Collège St-Joseph
Collège St-Alexandre

Special offer for students of de l'Ile, Grande-Rivière and Mont-Bleu High schools, St-Joseph and St-Alexandre Colleges

The CSPO offers the school pass to all students who have a walking distance of at least 2.5 km between their home and school. It is the CSPO's responsibility to identify the students who are eligible for this service.

If you also want to take the bus on evenings and weekends, you can upgrade your pass for only $66, which must be purchased at the beginning of the school year. For more details, call 819 770-3242.
