Management Committee

The Management Committee offers recommendations related to STO policies to the Board of Directors. It approves operating expenses up to a set maximum within the annual budget. It also recommends whether other expenses should be approved. The Management Committee’s responsibilities and powers are administrative, executive and advisory in nature.

The Management Committee generally meets twice a month.
