Combine your modes of travel!
|
By opting to use your car and public transit for travelling
around the city, you are making a significant effort to help
the environment and your community. In fact, the problems
related to people driving alone in their cars are not just
pollution and the resulting dependency on oil, but also the
traffic congestion this causes and the constantly increasing
space that vehicles take up in our cities.
The 19 Park-and-Ride facilities
throughout the area make it easy to park for FREE
and then take the bus with complete peace of mind. It is convenient,
you still have your vehicle on the way home to do some shopping
or pick up the kids from daycare. For those wanting a bit
of exercise, some incentive parking facilities also have bicycle
racks so you can cycle part of the way before boarding the
bus.
Enjoy the advantages of public transit and avoid the stress
caused by traffic congestion, looking for a parking space
and the cost of driving a vehicle.
Feel free to use them! |
