The mission of the Société de transport de l'Outaouais is to
provide residents of the municipalities in its area, which includes the Gatineau
urban area as well as Cantley and Chelsea, with a reliable public transit system
that meets their needs at a reasonable cost for users, taxpayers and these
municipalities.
The STO is constantly striving to improve its services to meet your needs.
The bus lets you travel in freedom, comfort and safety while also enjoying
certain benefits and savings. The PLUS side of the bus is much more than just

You can choose tickets or passes… as
several payment
methods are available. You merely need to
determine
the best fare for your travel needs.

IS THE CLOSEST CUSTOMER SERVICE POINT? |

To have a new smart card issued, to recharge
your card (monthly, semi-annual or annual pass), or to
buy bus tickets, there are four issuing
centres, more than 40 recharging
sites and 60 authorized
outlets available to serve you throughout
the area. Check the complete list to find the one closest
to you.

ARE LOCATED THE FREE INCENTIVE PARKING? |

You don't need to worry about parking downtown
any more. Go to one of the Park-and-Ride
facilities
served by the STO, leave your car there and board a bus.
