The STO is proud to be a partner in the 2010 edition of the Gala d'excellence en environnement de l'Outaouais. Organized by Enviro Éduc-Action and CREDDO (regional council for the environment and sustainable development in Outaouais), the Gala aims to foster the local sense of community in support of the environment by acknowledging various noteworthy regional initiatives.

Nominations are now open for the many categories, such as personal contribution, business, institution, school or municipality initiatives. The finalists will be announced at a special evening event to be held at the Maison de la Culture in Gatineau on Earth Day, April 22, 2010.
