Paratransit service is available for riders with specific transportation needs. Contact 819 770-7900, ext. 6950.

Riders in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility can now use four accessible routes in the regular system thanks to buses equipped with an access ramp.

The service is offered for riders who can get on or off the bus without assistance.

For riders with reduced mobility

Many low-floor buses are equipped with a kneeling system to reduce the space between the sidewalk and the bus. The low floor of the bus is designed to improve accessibility to regular public transit for all riders, including people with reduced mobility.

The service is offered on all bus trips on bus routes 36, 37, 38 and 300 on weekdays and on at all times on all bus routes on weekends.

For riders with a visual impairment or a non-visible disability
