The Management Committee is
made up of the General Manager, the Assistant to the General
Manager and Corporate Secretary, and the director of each
of these six departments: Operations, Finance and Administration,
Information Technology, Human Resources, Planning and Development
and Communications and Marketing. The Management Committee
generally meets twice monthly.
The responsibilities and powers
of the Management Committee cover administrative, executive
and advisory capacities.
The Management Committee formulates
recommendations for the Board of Directors regarding the Société's
various policies. It approves operating expenditures within
the annual budget up to a maximum fixed amount. It recommends
the approval of all other expenditures, if necessary.
